For the first couple of weeks, Kindergarten and First grade have explored the elements of art: line, shape and color through a collaborative project. Focus has been on our responsibilities in the art room and students have done a great job working together, sharing their space and helping with clean up.
Kindergarten worked with the primary colors and First grade got to mix and make as many colors as possible. We have also practiced how we can say nice things about other peoples art.
